Obtained a totally trashed iPod Classic 5.5 on eBay. Dead battery, cracked LCD screen, road rash all over and audio jack that didn’t work. This 3000mah battery was part of the restoration. I have another MCM just like this one in a iPod I’ve been using 6 months the battery has very good capacity.

Works great with my iPod classic "7th gen" with thin back. I also have it paired with a iflash quad and both are taped down lightly so they don't move inside. My only word of caution is be VERY careful with the battery connector when removing old battery and connecting new one. It is very easy to life the entire connector straight off the motherboard. requires fine soldering skills to put it back. - Lil Rice Muncher Gaming on YT

Says it is for a slim ipod, which is wrong, but it works in the thicker models, love it other than wrong title
