Works well, cleans easy. Clean the silicone ring by hand. I've made cold brew iced team and other powdered drinks with it.

Just what I needed! It’s a 64 oz (half–gallon) mason jar that’s well made of thick glass like all mason jars I’ve encountered. What I love about it is the top that makes this jar a pitcher; It’s leak proof with a sturdy handle that is designed well making it functional. I filled it with water and shook it to make sure there were no leaks and it did not leak which was my main concern. I noticed that the gasket is pretty wide ensuring a good seal. Cleaning is a snap with its wide mouth or thrown it in the dishwasher! I’m glad I bought two. The packaging was really impressive. Great care was taken that it the glass didn’t shatter in transit. I recommend this product to anyone looking for half-gallon pitcher.

Very lite and easy to use. No flex in handle when full. Closes air tight. Would like to have a spout like my other one instead of just a hole. Not much of a complaint, still is great.

I wanted to start making iced tea again & wanted a durable glass pitcher to make my iced tea in (I only owned plastic & don't like how plastic holds onto different flavors and colors, even after throughly after washing) & I found a good one! This pitcher is easy to clean, and while I can fit my hand inside to clean it (I have very tiny wrists, if my wrists were any bigger, they wouldn't fit), I find it's a lot easier to clean with a bottle brush, so if you don't already own one, I recommend purchasing a bottle brush to make this pitcher a lot easier to clean. The size is good, I would say it's maybe a medium sized pitcher-I get about 4 large cups of iced tea out of a full pitcher, so it usually lasts me & sometimes my boyfriend all day, but sometimes I drink more so I end up making 2 pitchers a day lol. I do want to add that if you have a larger sized family, you would benefit from getting a bigger sized pitcher (unless you don't mind making drinks in this pitcher a lot more often), but this sized pitcher is good for 1 to maybe 2 people to drink out of. I always shake up my tea real vigorously, shaking it up/down & side to side after it sits in my fridge so that the sugar that settles at the bottom that I add to my tea dispirses evenly, and it has never leaked out of the lid while doing so. I love that the lid screws on tightly & has a nice cap to the spout & you can hear it click after you push it down to close, so it fits on snugly. I think if this pitcher were to fall over in your fridge (although it's sturdy so I don't think it would unless knocked over very hard), I don't think it would leak out then either due to how snug the lid & the spout cap screws onto the pitcher. The glass pitcher is also pretty thick too so I imagine it would have to fall petty hard to break it. The design reminds me of a canning glass jar, nothing special, but that's fine for me. This glass jug is extremely easy to use and I also don't have any issues with it breaking when going from extreme hot (When I have boiled hot water to steep my tea) to extreme cold (when I then pour iced cold water & cubes to make my tea iced), which makes this pitcher extremely durable! I am actually thinking about purchasing 1-2 more to use for making other cold drinks in, so I can say that without a doubt, that I highly recommend this pitcher.
