I was doing some heavy welding and needed to remove some welding splatter from my welding table to reposition my project. The Pro Carbon Scraper was handy so I grabed it to clean off the the table, knowing I would probably dull and nick the edge. To my suprise the edge remain totally sharp with no damage whatsoever! Mayhew absolutely makes the best pry bars and demolition tools, and this scraper is no different, amazingly good quality.

Its a Mayhew tool so what can be said - made without defects the edge is perfect w/o burrs or blobs the finish looks great and its does not break the first time you use it overall would recommend..

This is a very nice sized tool for up-close work. It is well made, and in my opinion it is made even better than some of the other USA brands which also make good scrapers. Wilde makes a good one, but this one just feels a little tougher to me. I haven't used it much yet, but I am learning that it really makes sense to sharpen them often so they get the most life after being used to scrape crust and sludge and dried mud off of parts...I'm glad I added this smaller scraper to the toolbox.
