These containers were exactly what I was looking for. They are the perfect size for proofing dough or storing prepped veggies. They are dishwasher safe and very durable.

We Love these things and use them for literally everything. We store food and home made dog food both in the refrigerator and freezer with them. We use them on butcher days to hold organ meats and ice. They have held up to very rough handling, being forgotten outside and or in the freezer without any ill effects. Despite having food in them for a long period of time, they do not stain or retain odors, Very easy to clean and nice big opening at the top for easy access. The shape of the container makes frozen foods slide out easily with minimal thawing.

Pics are not needed, as these containers are exactly as depicted in the product description. They each hold a gallon, include measurements on the container side, have snug-fitting lids, and--importantly--sturdy handles.Since I normally make a double batch of soups, these will work well for storage in the refrigerator and, due to their square shape, fit better than our other containers.
