This frame is absolute trash. Purchased it with the intention of being able to operate it without plugging in, however the battery life is terrible! Definitely not something that can be displayed for more than an hour. When you plug it in, it barely works. The display lights up, but it flashes through different settings rapidly and won’t work unless you restart the whole thing. Not sure if what I got was defective, but it’s not worth it. At this point, I’m bummed I waited to try using it because I can’t return it.

Love this photo frame. I like this be both horizontal and vertical display. Very nice design and the screen is great in resolution. I can both upload the photo and play the photo from a usb. Convenient to set up and use. I put all my sons photo and it keeps playing daily and share the joy with the family.

Before buying it, I compared it with many other frames; After receiving it, tell the truth that I love it; What impressed me was how user-friendly this frame is. The battery will last for 3 or four hours if just doing pictures at thirty second intervals. It can do short videos of up to thirty seconds mp4. A lot of the pictures have to be adjusted to fit the screen. But the quality of pictures come out nice. It can zoom, but a little slow on zooming. Overall, it is definitely worth the money and I am happy I bought it.

I really wanted to like this picture frame. It is great that it has a built in battery and can be moved portably around. The picture frame software is glitchy. The screen continuously opens the setting menu and closes without touching the touch screen. You also can only upload 10 pictures or 1 video at a time, which is very time consuming and cumbersome. And finally, the wireless charger on the base for phones does not work. When placing multiple phones without cases on them onto the charger, the phones show a charge then stop charging, then start charging then stop charging in a continuous cycle like your plugging and unplugging a phone from a charging cord. Not worth the hassle and frustration. Wish the screen brightness was better too. I am returning this glitchy picture frame and hoping to find better.
