Not a must have but for me well worth the purchase, saves me from having to bend over as much, that little bit extra reach is nice.

Works as intended, I dont know how much better this actually is compared to the round tip but it works

I bought this to go on the end of my Makita blower in order to widen the area which is blown.It fits perfectly & works really well;I'd definitely buy this again.

I bought this attachment at the same time I bought the battery powered 36volt blower. I assumed I would need it. Turns out that the blower has plenty of power, and the difference this attachment makes is negligible. The blower's round ending is fairly small in person so has plenty of strength and focus. The biggest benefit I see is not the funnel shape but the extra 6 inches. At 6'1" I find the length to be a little short so this tip really helped. I ultimately ended up not using it though.
