Liked it so much I bought another. Replaced a Sony and Polk soundbars. Very easy install. Only negative is ARC stays lit all the time. The soundbar feels weighty and good manufacture. Highly recommend if you are in the market for Dolby Atmos sound.

I learned about Majority products when I purchased a computer speaker that I was impressed with. When I saw the Majority Sierra 280W Soundbar, and noticed that it had Dolby Atmos surround sound, I was excited to try it out. There are a plethora of ways to connect, from old-school RCA jacks and 3.5mm audio input, to modern HDMI, optical, and Bluetooth connections – it even supports HDMI ARC. It also has a USB port for connecting a USB drive and playing MP3, FLAC, WAV, or WMA files. The connections and controls all work flawlessly and quickly – no lag whatsoever. One of the nicest features is the top, up-firing set of speakers, that bounce sound off of the ceiling, and literally "surrounds” you with sound! Add to that the airports on the sides, and 280 watts of power, the Sierra soundbar packs a whallop. The remote has separate treble and bass controls, in addition to volume, which allows you to customize the sound to your liking. There are also sound “modes” that change equalizer settings for different audio playback types, including Movie, Music, News, and 3D.Of course, the proof is in the pudding, as they say, and the pudding is amazing! The sound this speaker produces rivals any other speaker system I’ve used, including those with sub-woofers. The dynamic range is simply wonderful – the lows are solid and powerful and the highs are clear with no distortion. The Majority Sierra Soundbar is fully competent handling music, the spoken word, or any kind of movie from documentaries to action flicks – this is where the it really shines. “Regular” Dolby surround sound works fine - especially with those up-firing speakers – but if you have a device that allows Dolby Atmos, you’re in for a treat. It's especially nice to have surround sound without the extra wires and speakers. The first movie we watched with it was “Darkest Hour”, about Winston Churchill and WWII. This wasn’t an action movie with explosions going on all around, but Dolby Atmos (we used an XBOX to play it) made us feel as though we were in the same room with the actors, even in a documentary. Put in a movie like Avengers or Star Wars, and you will be blown away! 100% recommend!

I purchased this soundbar reviewing similar systems at this price point. I recently purchased a Bestisan and am happy with the product but it did not have the needed HDMI inputs the Majority offered for this application. The Majority Sierra is a new product to Amazon with little history, however, the company’s other products seem well received. The order arrived well-packaged and easy to set up. During operation, there is a distractingly bright indicator noting the input source, but it may dim after a few minutes as I did not give it enough use to truly understand functionality. The sound is very bright but not crisp. I reminded me of the old MP3 files that sounded metallic at low bit rate. Understandably, the rich base was missing. I will return the product for a fuller, warmer sound. Conclusion: For the price point, it is probably a very good product.

Hi Team Majority. In a nutshell, Majority Rocks!I am so happy I stumbled upon your product when I was searching Amazon for a soundbar to replace our old yet perfectly functional Visio S2920w. I was about to pull the trigger on a Bose Soundbar for TV. It was $279 and I rationalized it's a quality name brand and I probably wasn't going to find anything better on my budget. Then as I was scrolling through the tech specs I saw a feed for similar products and there you were. I was like "hello" and clicked on your product, the Sierra soundbar. As I looked through it and read consumer reviews I was singing a different tune. My wife was really wanting the Bose, but I saw it was only average for music which is what we primarily bought it for. When I read the feedback from your users they loved that even without a subwoofer the bass was respectable. The deal sealer for me was Amazon Prime was having a deal special and the Majority was only $189. Sold!I was so excited and anticipating receiving it that I started making a playlist of our favorite music which mostly covers 60s thru today alternative rock and club music plus some ambient chillout. So I was hearing in my head how awesome I was hoping your soundbar would be.Finally, delivery day. I unpacked and reread the instructions several times as I didn't want to screw it up. We had a circa 2010 Panasonic Plasma TV but it had HDMI ARC. So I was pretty jazzed about that. I plugged our Roku 2 player into the sound bar and fed the HDMI Arc to the TV HDMI Arc. Them moment of truth.... it didn't work. :-( I checked all TV and Roku configurations and it was correct. So I changed up and fed the Roku to TV and Optical to soundbar. Great! It worked and the music sounded OK.But I was a little bummed about the Arc not working. So I tried it on another TV (Visio circa 2016) Also had a newer Express+ Roku player. This time the Arc worked! And I tried cranking up Dr.Dre's Lolo intro. And then his entire Chronic Instrumental. Holy cow! The sound dynamic was blowing me away. So many intricacies and complexities came out to play. I loved it. Also I was happy to know the Arc does work. But the TV is in the wrong room and before I move everything around I was bound determined to get it working on our older TV.So I tried ARC again. No luck. I did Bluetooth (Fantastic!). but I was still wanting an HDMI connection. So finally I tried the HDMI Arc out from soundbar into another non-arc input on the TV, switched the soundabrd to HDMI 1 and BOOM! It crrranked!!! I couldn't wait til my wife got home from school to share this with her. She loves music so much and now we had an old friend return to us after years of not having the killer Amp and massive speakers, turn tables, tape decks, and cd player that brought us so much joy. Quality Sound! Now with Majority and Spotify and Sirius and YouTube in our home Friday nights with pizza and beers never sounded better! Many, many, thanks and total kudos to your engineers! I am amazed more people do not know how awesome your company is.In a nutshell, Majority ROCKS!
