*UPDATE* I reached out to the manufacturer (MagMod) and they were very quick to respond and replaced my defective item. Great customer service and as mentioned in my initial review, the product works very well and produces a nice quality of light. I will definitely purchase from this brand in the future.*****This modifier is actually pretty good - it's a great value and produces a nice quality of modified light. However, I have only used it 2 times and one of the magnets has split (photos included). I've used this correctly with the MagMod Pro Speedring so I'm not sure what would have caused this issue. I already recycled the original packaging so not sure a return is possible and since the remaining magnets appear to provide a strong connection regardless of one missing, I will continue to use the softbox. I was looking forward to growing a MagMod collection of modifiers but may hold off until seeing how this continues to perform.

Very big soft box makes a very soft lighting! It's really worth it!
