I've seen a bunch of mixed reviews on these but I took a chance and I ordered them anyway. I can't speak to what everybody else got, but the ones that were sent to me are perfect! They were brand new and unblemished. Each one in its own case and coated in an oil and wrapped in plastic within the case. All I had to do was clean the protective oil off of them. You can see in the photo where I stacked them against each other that they are true is true can be. The angle is true to the 90 and they're also laterally straight. I used my 1,2,3 blocks to check them against, and they're precision is excellent.

I used these (actually just the 3 inch one), for my mini lathe and square the tool holder and tooling, checked for squareness with other tools i have and all 4 were fine. Instead of buying just the 3 inch square, I got the set because it was just a little more and there nice tools to own.If your looking for pin-point accuracy down to the nearest Nanomillmeter, then your on the wrong web page!
