This comes without instructions (minus one star), but found some review videos that helped online. Packaging had some QR codes but they didn't work.I cut out openings in a plastic project box, added some jacks, and used an old 12v DC adapter to create a nice setup. Also worked with a bench top DC power supply, just be sure to push the amps up or it will turn on and shut back down after a second.Using it to test ultra low voltage batteries. Most other devices for sale are for high voltage. This is customizable. Some notes. Holding P2 resets the run data so you can start a new one. Press the dial in to start a run. If you're testing batteries just combine the two negative and two positive inputs to a single black & red jacks.

The good: Does work. I used this constant current load to debug a balky UPS. My chargers read my batteries as fully charged. So did my voltmeter. However this loadtest clearly showed the batteries high internal resistance and rapid drop in voltage under current load. I had been about to buy a new UPS. But now I know it was bad bad batteries. Saved me a lot of money. The not so good: Much cheaper direct from china, though amazon.ca delivers very quickly. No instructions. The of-quoted youtube video from learnelectronics explains basic function but does not tell you how to reset the Ah and Wh readings. The bad: the displayed battery voltage is wrong by about a half-volt or more in the 12 volt range. That makes it impossible to get an accurate Ah or Wh measurement of the battery. Normally, you'd set the "voltage protection" the the lowest voltage you want to discharge the batter to during a discharge test. That allows you to measure the Ah (amp hours) and Wh (watt hours) capacity of the battery since the load-tester will halt the test when it reaches the low-voltage set point.. But because the internal voltmeter is innacurate, the load tester stops the test at the wrong voltage. So it reads incorrect Wh and AhConclusion: mostly works. just not accurate

Needed a adjustable load and this works just good. We'll, you could use it to measure your lithium battery capacity or just use it as an electronic load for various things.Amperage is very accurate to my Fluke and other test equipment I have.Definitely recommend to buy if you're in need of one

Arrived in good shape. I have not used it at this time. Intend to use it to provide an adjustable load to a vehicle lighting circuit for testing.

Seems to be fairly accurate. When tested against a Fluke multimeter, the device was within 0.1V. The coulombmeter is within 2% at least, since we discharged batteries and they came out pretty much as expected. This is close enough for government work. We built a custom case for ease of use to prevent shorts.
