I normally would contact the seller/manufacturer through a link on Amazon's page, but there isn't one. I'm hoping the company will see this review and reach out to me.I received the rowing machine very quickly, and the parts look great. One of the reasons I selected this machine is that many reviewers mentioned how easy it was to put together using the instructions. Well, in my case, Maicifi sent instructions for a completely different product. My daughter and I attempted to put the machine together using the limited graphics in the Support Section, but they weren't specific enough.I will be happy to edit my one star rating to a five star if Maicifi sends me the correct instruction manual. Otherwise, I will be forced to return this rather large product by March 5.

This is a great machine that is well made. Very quiet and smooth. It did take about an hour to assemble but not too hard. The machine has great tension and doesn't take much to learn how to Row. Its has space saving option also.

This rowing machine is perfect for an at home workout machine. It is extremely quiet, and the materials are really sturdy. You do have to assemble the machine on your own but it is super easy. When rowing the machine glides super smooth even at high resistance. The functions this workout machine has are definitely with it for the low price.
