Since we are in a new house I've had a lot going on so i couldn't get to installation of these switches. Finally got around to trying and installing them, should have been a simple install 2 black wires and a ground. Removed the existing switch on the outlet in 3 different locations I have one set of wires (3 wire) that are from the source and hot, 1 set of wires that goes to the existing light and the new lutron Caseta dimmer switch, instructions says you can't hook up wrong way. Hot to 1 black wire, neutral to one black wire and ground to ground, Easy peezy, Flip the breaker back on and the light is on but there are no LED's lit on the switch and none of the buttons work. This was in all 3 locations so I highly doubt that all three plugs are bad. I'm outside of my 30 days by 4 days so i can't return them. At $60 + tax these are very expensive to not work. I have checked multiple videos on how to install and I'm doing it exactly as it states.

We love these dimmer switches so much that we have installed them in every room and the exterior They work extremely well with Alexa. I like the fact that I can set a schedule to turn on any light or group of lights and also turn them on and off from anywhere with my phone. It is pretty cool being able to turn on and off lights and fans by just saying “Alexa turn on ....”. Our smart switches are one of the favorite features of our new house.

The response time is terrific and if you use Siri and HomeKit, this is your best option.

Theses are great wireless switches, easy install and work great with Alexa.
