Loose tolerances...they made the center bore about .005" larger than it should be in order to account for the burr on the set screw hole and an internal seam. Basically the bore is too big and full of junk that they electroplated over. As a result they wobble.Also one of the set screw holes had bad threads so only 3 of 4 were usable.I found an aluminum alternative with a larger bolt circle, and for 2x the price they are 10X the quality.

I bought 16 of these for a project. The flange is well constructed, but the set screws on one side of the neck are improperly tapped and therefore, it's nearly impossible to screw in the set screw. So bad, in fact, that i had to tap the improperly tapped hole with a 6-32 tap wrench to make it all work. That shouldn't be required and resulted in a lot of extra work.
