Perfect for surfing. Can leave under the car without worry. Of course, don't drive with it. Although I did once, and it was still under the car, so it's a strong magnet.

I affixed this to the bottom of a vehicle. The magnets on the box seemed shifty, so I didn't expect them to stay. But THEY STAYED! About 1.5 yrs of hwy driving in all sorts of weather and over multiple terrains, it was still there when I needed it! This is 100% worth it. It saved us from calling AAA or from having to call for the spare key several hours away from home. I ordered the XL bc I needed to use it on a huge old school key. The huge old school key fit well, and I could tell it would not have fit in any other size. If your key or fob is very big, get the XL. I added tissue inside the box to keep the key from making noise or sliding out. It also helped to keep the box closed. I can't say it would have opened otherwise under the car, but having stuffed the box with a key and tissue definitely kept the box door closed. I would recommend this for all of your vehicles and spare house key if you can find a place to safely leave it. The box has held up nicely for past 2 yrs. In the time that I have had this, my siblings and their families have purchased them also.

Pareciera que toda la parte trasera está magnetizada pero no, en realidad es una tira horizontal y una vertical, cada una de unos 4 cm. Definitivamente no puede ser colocado en una superficie que tenga movimiento o la más ligera curvatura o irregularidad. No tiene ninguna resistencia a salpicaduras o siquiera humedad.

Magnet works however not super strong wouldn't drive with it attached. Good for swimming or runs to hide key got the biggest size fits an electronic key nicely

Fits my key fine, and magnets are holding firmly.Couldd do with a bit of foam or similar inside to stop key rattling.

Magnet isn't the best, it should hold if used under car but seems for heavy duty use won't hold
