t's really nice looking very shiny, got stretch to fit perfectly. This is really stretchy so I think one size fits all would be an appropriate description. The rhinestones look so pretty.

I bought this to go with my glinda, the good. Witch of the North costume that is being made for the arms because her arms are sheer and we were having a hard time finding something or fabric that could be attached to my huge ballgown, and look correct with those big shoulder boots. This is sparkly and fish net /mesh. It's actually very well made. It's not cheapit doesn't feel like it will fall apartit is one size fits all and comes in a tiny little envelope, the size of your Palm but it did stretch and fit just fine. I'm a size 4 or 5 I am tall in the torso. And I didn't have a problem
