Very comfy, feels like a cloud!

None of the reviews talked about the body types that each purchaser had. I am a 6'2" 225lb (186cm 97kg) man in his twenties. I have troubles with back problems on a bad mattress and my bed was pretty hard (in a springy kind of way) so I needed something that would work for that. I got the 3 inch version on I believe a Twin XL size. It was a tad long (maybe 2 inches too long) for the bed itself and it was maybe 2 inches too narrow (about 2 inches left on the side of the bed). This is not a problem at all for me but just know that it may run a bit different from the size of your mattress.The first night I slept in it was the closest I've gotten to the comfort of a hotel mattress that I've ever had in my own home. It holds you in place in the exact right way without it being all too difficult to move around in (you do sink in a bit but I wouldn't have it any other way given how comfortable it is). it's a really firm but squishy kind of foam (I know that's contradictory but you'll know exactly what I mean when you get yours).Overall If you are a larger individual (tall in height or big/heavy in weight) this would be the absolute best option for if you have a firm mattress already and are looking for supportive foam that is soft and comfortable. I would buy this 10/10 times again for the price it is set at.

As the description says, this topper is "extremely soft". That is to say ONLY get this if your mattress is firm. If you want more 'support' get a medium-hard topper, not this. Also take into account your own body weight. If you're 50kg, take 1 inch. 75kg take 2 inch. 100 kg take 3 inch.Don't be blaming the topper for your back problems if you don't know how to choose one.Was also too lazy to wait 48 hours as recommended. It's a ventilated design. Put a fan at one end and it'll completely blow up within 2 hours. Should also work if you manage to imprint your butt cheeks into the foam.

Great topper unfortunately too soft for my back, I need a bit firmer. I’m thinking of putting it under my current mattress as I have a slat bed which hardens my mattress. Hopefully this will work better? I’m in Australia so can’t post back to US I don’t think.

Es muy débil y se rompe fácil al manipularlo si no tiene una protección. Hay que hacerlo delicadamente. Por lo demás me gustó mucho, hace más mullido mi colchón que es duro.

Recién me mudé de departamento, y el colchón de la nueva cama era extremadamente duro, por lo que decidí comprar un topper de estos. Me encontraba indeciso entre comprar la versión de 7.6 o la de 10cm. Al final me decidí por la de 7.6, ya que leí que la de 10 hacía que te hundieras al dormir. Creo que esto puede ser cierto pero depende tanto del tamaño del colchón como del peso de la persona que en él duerme. El que escogí ha resultado muy bien hasta ahora, y de la misma manera creo que hubiese resultado el de 10cm.

For ten years, as arthritis, bad knees, bad neck and shoulder from a car crash worsened, I had the best bed on earth, a waveless king waterbed that made climbing into it a blessed escape at the end of the day. It was getting a bit of the loss of structural integrity that can happen after a decade, no leaks or anything of course, but I was nervous since the company had gone under. But I ended up with worse than a lousy waterbed. My husband endured an horrific 14-hour surgery that wrecked his back. And when we shopped for a new bed, he insisted on one that made my heart sink - an overpriced, over-engineered, crummy Sleep Number mall air bed.It lived up to my expectations. In fact, after a year, I was ready to pull my hair out. I can't figure out why he likes it. Doesn't adore it, but he likes it. I also never figured out what all those numbers on the setting dial are for, since I was miserable at all of them. And very hot. For the first time in my life, I shoved off the covers five times a night, then got cold and pulled them back on. Delightful. After spending an astonishing 10,000 bucks, the company wanted to stick us with a few thousand more for a cooling mattress pad they invented. You can imagine my answer. So began the lonely quest for a mattress cover, to masque what I was sleeping on. For the last 18 months its been a pricey and thick feather mattress pad. It was okay. Feathers everywhere, up your nose at night, coming through and sticking your flesh, but worse is the structure, or lack of it. I took off the sheet and shook it out vigorously every day. And with every day that passed, it sank a little lower in the middle third no matter what I did. Then I bought this, the 3-inch gel infused memory foam, but not for our bed. We travel a lot for our work, and I'm often consigned for long periods to rock-hard beds, which seems to be the fashion now in hotels. It was worth hauling this thing with me in our van. Two weeks in a Quality Inn in Dallas became better than endurable. This thing, first of all, does not boil you! I wasn't thrilled at ordering anything called 'memory foam' because that's my memory of it. The gel infusion not only gives it more responsive depth and softness, and firm body, but it also keeps you so much cooler than before. Heaven. Needless to say, I put it on my misery bed at home.If you're debating whether to buy a two or three-inch pad, I'll say this. The 3-inch is incredibly deep, so much so that, though I haven't actually tried it, I suspect you could have a concrete driveway under you and not know it. But when we returned from Texas, and I tried to put it under the sheet instead of all the duck feathers, it worked, but was a bit problematic. The Sleep Number is already fairly high, a strain on the deep bed sheets. Once I had this under it, it was comic. Feel like a need a step to get into bed. Which wouldn't bother me, except for the fact that I haven't improved the Sleep Number, I've obliterated it. I suspect I've killed a fly with a cannon. I just ordered this same pad in a 2-inch. I think it will give me all the same improvements in an easier package.
