I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these lights. While the bent sheet metal fan is a little flimsy, the lights themselves have held up well over four years of Pro Wrestling shows. Bright. DMX works a treat. They get tossed around and come back for more. Will buy more when needed.

I plugged this light in and can not get a solid color. It strobes and when I hit the up down button it changes color but still strobes even when I change the menu away from the strobe function. It's stuck on strobe. Will return.

Im new to using DMX and decided to take a chance buying 2 of these lights. For the price these cannot be beat. All the colors are very nice and bright. They exceeded my expectations. Will be using these for my band live performances. At this price you cant go wrong!!!!!!!!

Pros:DMX and power daisy chaining!!! Almost unheard of for lights at this price point!RGB White Amber and UV! Wow!Amazing value for the money!Cons:Somewhat loud fansBad strobe implementation. (50% duty cycle instead of actual strobe-like behavior)Speed settings almost useless until you get to over half way up (127 or higher)Color mixing isn't great.Details:For a light at this price point this is hard to beat, but there is room for improvement. The good thing is many fixes could be a simple firmware change. Hopefully the manufacturer will fix these issues in a new version. For example, the strobe feature does not behave like a true strobe where there is a brief flash every so often. Rather, it is just a 50% duty cycle flash so it is on for the same amount of time it is off. This means it is pretty useless at low speed settings.Another annoying issue is that the speed settings are severely weighted towards the top end of adjustment, so the most useful settings are going to be at a setting of 127 or higher. This is true for the strobe, as well as color changing speed settings. The adjustment should behave more linearly across the entire 0-255 range. The color mixing is not very good, especially with lighter colors. Take orange for example (255,127,0) as you desaturate it goes pinkish (255,153,51) and then blueish.I think aside from the color accuracy problem (likely due to cheap LEDs), these problems could be fixed in future versions with a firmware update. I hope that the manufacturer takes these issues to heart and addresses them, but even with these flaws the light is a good value for non-professional use.

We use these LED power lights for our band and they are fantastic. The. Equivalent lights from a namebrand manufacture cost about 10 times as much as these lights. So it is very affordable to get lights for your entire van for the same cost as it would cost to get one light for the band. You can control these lights via DMX. I would suggest looking at getting a really good DMX software to help you to set up lighting scenes to make it easy to manage when you’re on stage. We were able to set it all up so that we could trigger a scene with these lights via midi and a midi controller. For the price you can’t beat it!
