The design is beautiful and the outfit is, in general, nicely made. However, I got the M size, and it looks like the fit of a 1 yr old baby. It's enormous. That, or my baby is too small, which I don't think since we went to the doctor today and he's right on track with his growing parameters, so... ooooorrrrrr it's just that American babies are big. 😞 good thing is we can always use it later on. 😄

Soft, fine material bought it on 4t for a 10 month baby.Fit just fine which there is room to grow on it.

I bought this sailors outfit for my toddler for a family picture with his newborn brother- also dressed in a sailor outfit. The fabric is soft and the overall fit is as expected. However, the hat is made of same material so it is a little flimsy but it’s nkt really a deal breaker. One thing that was a little annoying was the shirt popping out from the waist whenever my son walked around. I think the straps a little too long so the pants hang lower. It would be nice if the straps are adjustable.
