The bulb was defective out of the box, people depend on the lamps to purify their drinking water, I will never order another thing from this company.

Update: Support contacted me and they are sending the correct bulb. I'll see if the new one fits.This bulb is supposed to be a replacement for the Pura 36002018, but it doesn't have the same diameter as the Pura bulb, so it won't fit in the housing. I've emailed the seller to use the one year warranty, but haven't received a response yet. I will update the review if they fix the issue.

This bulb fit perfectly in my Pura BB system, and is less than half the cost.
