I had to remove the tab at the end of the belt as it was catching on my trouser belt looops

Buckle gets stuck. Won't engage. Won't disengage. Cheaply made.

I got this one to replace a web military belt that wore out after about a two decades. This one from Amazon was very inexpensive (I paid about eight bucks) and it is the same if not better. If it lasts half as long then it will obviously be a terrific bargain. What happens over time is that the diagonally positioned pair of eliptical shaped holes (that the "grip pin" slides in) eventually enlarges just enough to lose grip on the belt. Now I am more aware.This particular web belt is basic, but it looks fine and it works well. It is plenty long enough to cut to whatever length you need, unless you are off the standard waist girth charts. The "buckle" area comes with a clear plastic "surface protector" so as not to get scratched in shipping.
