Living in the desert part time the temperature discrepancy from morning to afternoon is significant...These pants are fantastical for this purpose. I really appreciate the versatility on any out door endeavor....The fit is very comfortable and the zippers work well which has been an issue with other pant/shorts. They dry quickly and make quick jumps in the river not a tough wet slog back on land.The legs come off easy enough and are marked which one goes where....Cons- The fit is a lil on the large size....-Wish the mid section would tighten without using a belt...In short - Cool mornings that give away to hot afternoons these are just the ticket.Reccomend4.4 out of 5 stars

Hi! I’ve owned these types of zip off pants before as I do a lot of boating and fishing. This pair is one of the quickest drying and most comfortable I’ve owned. The zippered legs are labeled left and right for easy reinstalling. They zip off fast.I’ve been squalled many times, and that warm summer wind can turn quite cold fast. Keeping me dry helps avoid hyperthermia.These, as shorts, are my favorite pair now. Super comfy. I am giving them a 4 out of 5 . If they had either a draw string or buckles, they would be a 5 star. They can sag other wise unless I’m wearing a belt. I don’t wanna wear a belt while swimming.I’m a 37 waist and my size is perfect. Seems they would fit someone between 35 to 38 or even 40 waist size. Hope this helps.

I think I am becoming a devotee of this brand I've never heard of, Little Donkey Andy. This is the third item of clothing I have from LDA and everyone has been a pleasure to wear. I must say I am not one to favor convertible pants like this pair, as they tend not to look good either full length or as shorts.But I may have to change my mind after wearing these from LDA. I ordered the XL and they fit very well in the legs and waist. The only downside is the length, as I wear a 30" inseam; these are a 32." Fortunately, that's an easy fix and I knew they would be that length when I ordered them.The material is comfortable and ideal for travel as it has few wrinkles and is easy to wash; it dries quickly too. I got these pants for an upcoming trip where I will be walking extensively in warm weather and may need to switch to the shorts. In fact, all of the clothing I have from this brand are excellent for the outdoors and/or travel. Kudos to Little Donkey Andy, whoever or wherever he is. And I ain't mule-in!

These zip off pants go from long pants to shorts. And the best part is they are quick drying, and won't stay wet all day. Great for jogging and going out on the town. Love these pants.
