This is a thin, light jacket. It seems to be pretty well made overall, and I like the cut of it. It's reasonably comfortable.The only problem with it is that the fabric feels a little too plasticky for my taste. I suppose that probably helps with the waterproofing. It's pretty thin, but it feels like it would potentially get too warm quickly. Of course right now it's in the 90s outside here, not exactly the best weather to be trying a jacket on. I guess I'll see when it cools down a bit.This probably isn't going to become my most-worn jacket by any stretch, but as a light, waterproof garment it will fit a particular niche in my wardrobe, so I'm glad I have it for that.As far as sizing goes, I sit pretty much right between a large and an extra-large, and which size that I need can vary from one garment to the next. My default when I order unknown items, especially ones that look kind of fitted in the photos like this does, is to order extra-large. So I did that here, and then started reading mentions in other reviews of it running large and wondered if I was going to regret it. I'm happy to say, though, that the extra-large fits just about perfectly, a bit loose but not too loose. I probably could have fit the large, but it would have been skin-tight and I'm not a fan of skin-tight clothing. So I guess order based on your preferences for that.

I am highly impressed by this jacket from Little Donkey Andy. It is a great addition to my outdoor apparel, right in between lighter windbreakers or sweaters and heavier outerwear for early spring and late fall. The material is soft and smooth, the Navy Blue color is handsome, and the fit is excellent for me in the XL size. There are several things I appreciate about this jacket from the adjustable cuffs (there are two buttons to choose from) to the three zippered pockets (two on the sides and one on the chest). The jacket is easily packable and machine washable, ideal for travel. All it is missing is a hood, but I have other jackets for rainy weather.The tags accompanying the jacket are a bit contradictory, though. One indicates that the jacket is water repellant, which I believe is correct. Another tag states that it is waterproof, which I doubt. This could be an oversight when preparing the jacket for sale and it's not an issue for me, as I ordered it for its water repellancy. It should hold up well in light drizzle or even a brief rain shower.The packaging, accompanying tags and overall quality tell me that Little Donkey Andy cares about its products and more so, its customers. I am delighted to recommend this jacket with a five-star rating.
