I was originally very happy with the Libby pitcher. It looks different than most of the molded glass out there. Recently it cracked for no apparent reason. The pitcher was on a table and no one moved it. I gave it as a Christmas present and 5 months later it is trash.

Very beautiful but I missed the details of not putting hot liquid into it.. I made tea and it shattered everywhere. One piece even hit me on the forehead and left a scratch. DO NOT use with hot or warm water!

Beautiful pitcher. It is heavy and well made. I served a fruit filled champagne punch in it, and it looked wonderful.

I tried ordering 2 of them, as I need a set of 2. When I opened the packaging, I discovered both had at least one air bubble, so I ordered replacements. The replacements had multiple air bubbles in them. I'm wondering if perhaps that is why they tend to crack, or worse, (as stated in other reviews), with even warm water, as the air in the bubble could expand, breaking the glass? I didn't want to take the chance.I gave up after 4 pitchers...Quality control is certainly off on these compared to the 16 piece set of Libbey Vibe Glasses I ordered a couple of years ago. They were/are perfect, no bubbles or defects I can find after 2 years of using them, and I've at times even taken them out of the freezer and poured hot coffee or tea into them with no problem.Same company, but the pitchers didn't come close to the quality of those glasses.

Nice, dimpled design, is a bit more unique than just a simple pitcher. Good size.
