Exactly what I needed price was right. Easy to install. The hooks on the buildings electrical wires were stiff but that had nothing to do with the plug

Me lo recomendaron este contacto para mi sistema de música y cine en casa y lo quise probar y la verdad que de sorprendido, por su construcción y materiales con que esta echo, primero a simple vista se nota , segundo al sostenerlo se siente mas pesado que los contactos comunes y por ultimo al conectar en este caso una barra multicontactos se tiene que hacer un poco de fuerza, fue lo que mas me gusto pues en cuanto a conexiones eléctricas es bien sabido que los falsos contactos no son buenos y en este caso es todo lo contrario. Por mi parte ya hasta en cargue otros 2

I purchased this because the 15 amp receptacle for my audio system was dated and a hospital receptacle was suggested. At the time my thought was "it couldn't hurt", but come to find out the 15 amp receptacle was a bit, well, melted. The new 20 amp receptacle handles my system nicely, I even experienced an improvement in my dual subwoofers which I can now turn to a higher volume without distortion so I'm guessing the old, damaged receptacle was limiting current. It does require a bit more force to insert or remove a plug so be certain to hold the receptacle when removing a plug. For audio systems this falls into the "it couldn't hurt" category, but if your old receptacle is subpar you could experience better sound. This old audiophile is certainly thrilled.

説明どおり最短到着予定の８日後に届きました。巷で一般品としてはオーディオ用に定番？的評価の高く、本商品は比較的廉価でもあるので試しに購入してみました。支持金具を含めたボディ外側では⊕⊖両側止め皿メスネジ以外は磁石にくっ付かなかったので非磁性体(多分真鍮？)で色は鏡面シルバーなのでニッケルメッキと思われます。一般的に硬めの非磁性体合金(真鍮、リン青銅、アルミ合金)等はボディ廻りに使用しても音質向上に寄与するといわれますが、ボディ表側中央部のネジ穴も同じメッキ仕上げの非磁性体(真鍮？)です。内部のブレードは外から覗いてみると肉厚(厚さ１ｍｍ程)の鏡面シルバーメッキが見えてホスピタルグレードということで信頼性がありそうな造りです。まだエイジングも視聴もしていませんがオーディオ用的に今後期待がもてます。

Using these lowered the noise level in my stereo equipment noticably.

I am in the process of upgrading all the different cables that run my headphone amplifier, DAC and even my computer. One of the last things that I need to upgrade (in my limited budget) is the wall outlet. The Oyaide brand audiophile wall outlets run as high as $150 and other brands run higher than that. I am a BUDGET audiophile and the wall outlet meets my current budget perfectly. It is extremely high grade withsuperb build quality and it looks super professional compared to a regular wall outlet. My friend installed it in a few minutes, just replaced the original outlet and cut open the cutout a bit to make it fit.. While I do have the power running through a UPS system and a line conditioner, I believe that this adds just a touch of class and better sound quality to my setup. Audiophiles will hear things in their heads that even psychiatrists insist are hallucinations but since they sound real to me, I accept them as real. Fi on the shrinks I say! So with my upgraded power cords, silver plated copper USB with gold plated terminations, equally fancy RCA interconnects and custom headphone cable, this inexpensive professional and commercial grade outlet is just what I need to add to my upgrade delusions. Just don't tell Dr. Ilichmann please.
