Needed to write a review for others to at least have a sense of what the details of this machine were. I had need of a cheap Windows laptop to do car ECU tuning with. I am a computer professional, so my background and experience are far above average when compared to most users.I haven't bought a used laptop from Amazon before, but this X380 price point was too good to pass up. I figured if it functioned as a laptop with even a modest battery it would satisfy my needs. And, it does. Here's the big things I noticed:- At one time Windows was on the machine, but the internal drive had been formatted. The boot screen showed that there was at one time a Windows-formatted partition on the MBR, but when you selected that during boot it would just loop to the boot partition select, as if the partitions had been deleted.- The screen digitizer mostly works, except for the right side of the screen. That pretty much makes the tablet functionality useless, but for $200 it's to be expected.- I have not performed a run-down test of the battery, but it looks to be in good enough condition to get about 4 hours of office work with it. When new, people were getting 8-10 hours, so this is a pretty substantial decrease from new, but this is also a refurb'd, 4+ year old laptop.Hard to beat it for the price. No significant blemishes or problems otherwise. I recommend getting the Windows 10 media creation tool from Microsoft directly and formatting the drive after getting it. Hard to beat this for the price.

Nice computer. Good screen. Seems fast enough. Hasn't gotten bogged down. A little big for a tablet, but I knew it probably would be. Pen is good, though the battery could be better, and it was able to use (pretty good) handwriting recognition, but that stopped and I can't get it back.BIG DESIGN FLAW. A big fan vent on the bottom (great size). But if you use it as a laptop it doesn't get air and RUNS HOT. Like almost burns your skin hot.

Product not was advertised as iCore 7, the product is an iCore 5 when received, the CPU fan is loud, and the adapter is an aftermarket copy, not the original, not recommended.

Excelente producto, llego muy protegido, la calidad del producto es muy buena, viene en idioma y teclado en ingles, todo funciona excelente, muy buen estado, sin rayones ni daños.Funciona muy bien el touch y se bloquea o protege el techado cuando giras la pantalla.

The only downside is the battery life, it will need to be replace and it is running for between 3 to 6 hours on battery and it should run 11 hours when it is new, I suggest when you get the laptop replace it with new battery.

This unit arrived as clean as could be, no unexpected wear and tear, just as described.This laptop model is years old now so I don't think anyone needs my review, but everything, even the active stylus, works under Manjaro Linux.Great value for the money, especially when compared to what is new in the same price range, and I can't speak highly enough about the cleanup they did for the refurb.
