I recently purchased a refurbished laptop from this company, and it has far exceeded my expectations. The laptop looked brand new right out of the box, with no scratches or smudges. The setup was smooth, and the performance is on par with a brand-new machine. It handles multitasking, streaming, and complex tasks with ease.The battery life is impressive, lasting for hours even with heavy use. La Laptop llegó físicamente en buen estado funcionando bien de todo, pero tiene virus, lo mejor es dejarla de fábrica e instalar el sistema operativo desde cero ya que viene con muchos virus al hacer el análisis con el antivirus, no recomiendo usarla así hasta que esté con sistema operativo desde cero.

Estoy feliz. Después de algunos contratiempos, adquirí este equipo y es genial. Instalé juego y funciona de maravilla. Además actualice a Windows 11 sin problema. Cuidado porque eso si, el teclado viene en inglés pero si no necesitas saber dónde están las teclas este equipo te dejará encantado. Muy recomendado.

The description claims that this "product is in 'Excellent condition'. No signs of cosmetic damage when held 30 centimetres away." On my order, that was far from the truth, so I returned it.Farther down the product description, it says "What should I expect to receive with my Amazon Renewed purchase and in what condition?" and provides descriptions of what is considered Excellent, Good, and Acceptable. Mine was advertised as Excellent, but only met some of the criteria for Acceptable. On the upside, it did arrive very quickly.There were many visible scratches on the screen. There were scratches on the body visible from several metres away. The fingerprint scanner did not work. The BIOS time needed to be set, indicating that the battery was completely discharged and that the BIOS battery was dead. Many driver updates needed to be performed. The tablet mode did not adjust to portrait orientation because the accelerometer driver was not installed. The box was actually labelled to indicate that the fingerprint scanner did not work, but it was still sent out as though it was in Excellent condition, though Excellent, Good, and Acceptable all require full functionality.Excellent conditionCosmetic condition: Excellent• Screen: no scratches. Mine came with a (slightly offset) sandpaper-looking protective skin on the lid and trackpad. It feels a bit rough if you scratch it, but I don't really mind. It also has a scrape on the left hinge, but the hinges work fine. I've been observing it for a few days, and so far, so good. There are a few issues with it though - both hardware and software.Many said their fingerprint readers don't work; mine doesn't either. It's a bit too coincidental, as if the sellers put broken fingerprint readers inside to cut costs. When I took a look inside, it seemed to be connected properly, but it still didn't work even after unplugging and plugging it in. I'll just have to get a new one somehow.Some minor parts were missing as well. The mylar sheet that covers the SSD and its shielding, the foam underneath the speakers, and a wwan card and its screw are all missing.The keyboard and screen seem brand new. They’re nice and bright. My screen has no bright spots on it, thankfully. My built-in speakers are clear and loud, despite the missing foam. All my ports seem to be working, but I haven’t tested the mini ethernet port and sim yet. The sim might not work unless I have a wwan card, but I might not use it anyway.When I signed in to windows for the first time, I noticed most of the Lenovo drivers, such as keyboard shortcuts and brightness control weren't installed, so I had to install them myself. The pen and touchscreen worked out of the box, as it should. Apparently, OneDrive came preinstalled, so I uninstalled it.On windows, the pen and cursor occasionally glitch out if I change from tablet to desktop mode too fast.I also installed Ubuntu on mine, which is working great. It supports the touchscreen and pen, and doesn’t do that weird infinite log writing thing it does on the Asus laptops I have. The cursor doesn’t need much adapting time like on windows.It has a nice battery life. At college, it lasts all day since it's not doing tasks heavier than coding and using programs like Office and OneNote.Overall, I love it. It does have a few problems, but with a bit of research, I found my way around most of them. I think it’s well worth the $400 I bought it for.
