This was my first time buying refurbished tech on Amazon, so I was skeptical at first. However, after about a month with this laptop I am happy to report that I am pleasantly surprised. The laptop arrived in great condition with a matte black skin applied to the back of the lid (which I assume was added to cover scuffs) making it look nearly brand new. The only visible wear on the device is on the keyboard, where the clear coating is wearing off on several keys. There are no functional issues with the keyboard or any other part of the laptop as far as I can tell. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the laptop arrived with a 4K screen, instead of the 1080p screen that was advertised. All other specs are as advertised on the listing. It seems the battery has likely been replaced as it is functioning very well, much better than I would expect for a laptop this old. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase - a great laptop for a very reasonable price!

I turned it on and the Bad Battery sign came on! The charger seemed old and warned. I would buy from this seller because I have not heard anything since I returned it.
