I received the laptop on time.It was well packed, double boxed. Laptop came in a laptop box with bubble wrap.Display and keyboard area were very clean and looks new . Battery health is 83%.Have a few light scratches on the top outer panel.I had a query on the charger they sent so I reached out to them and the query was addressed within hours.
