Nice small form factor pc speakers. You can run a single speaker or daisy chain in the second speaker. Good to have options. Sound decent!

The instructions that come with the speakers don’t give any information on how to set them up with the computer. I spent hours trying to switch off the internal computer speaker and getting the computer to recognise these speakers. Both are from

Works perfectly, exactly as described, just what I needed to connect a remote sync to my flashgun, all the other cable I own were way too long.

The product function as it should but it does not have a screw lock as indicated in the description. It could be a tad longer.I think it’s a bit pricey for what it is.

I recently purchased a new computer monitor that has an audio output jack on it. This allows me to switch between my computer using the Display Port connection and my other devices that use HDMI without having to switch between different speakers (because any sound signal coming into the monitor is sent out the audio output jack). Because of this I was looking for a set of small speakers that could sit under the monitor but yet didn't require a separate power cable to clutter things up more.I found some speakers that seemed to be what I was looking for, but then I realized that they didn't have a separate volume control. A separate volume control is crucial for my use because even though my computers allow volume adjustment within the operating system a standard HDMI device (such as a cable box, game system, etc.) does not and I needed a way to control the volume for those devices as well.These speakers fit the bill! They are fairly small (although they don't fit completely under the monitor they are still fine for my purposes even when they are slightly blocked, see picture), they sound great, and best of all they just plug into a powered USB port on the back of the monitor to get their power - no cumbersome AC adapter and wiring!Installation is super easy. Just setup the right speaker and connect the USB port to any powered USB port on your monitor or computer, plug the standard audio cable into the audio output port on your monitor or computer, and then connect the left speaker to the right speaker (the cable is built into the left speaker).There's a rubberized rotary dial on the bottom of the right speaker that controls the volume level. The dial is a little quirky as you have to press down on it slightly so the rubber will catch your finger and actually spin. I would have preferred if it was just a standard hard plastic dial but the rubberized one isn't a big deal.As others have mentioned the volume will not get super loud if you're wanting to shake the whole house, but I did find that it is definitely louder than what my laptop can put out on it's own and plenty loud enough for casual use. Zero complaints from me on the volume level as I think anything louder would get me in trouble with my neighbors!I'm glad I gave these speakers a shot! They are very inexpensive and met my needs perfectly!
