En primer lugar lo único malo de esta laptop es su pantalla, algunos colores no se perciben de manera correcta como lo es el morado, para lo demás está laptop cumple con su proposito, es muy rápida además al tener 16Gb de RAM da posibilidad a realizar más tareas, en cuanto a la parte gaming está bien para juegos no demandantes igual para emuladores en esta ultima los emuladores funcionan de maravilla, solo hay que configurar bien el de ps2 y gamecube para tener un rendimiento correcto. para jugar algo como Genshin imapct no lo recomiendo, el equipo se calienta demasiado y laggea mucho

Calidad-precio en su maximo esplendor , lo que quería es una tableta con windows 11 pero lo más cercado es una surface súper cara o una asus aún más cara así que busque formatos 2 en 1 y encontré esta belleza , bueno primero que nada dire que vino perfectamente protegida sin ningún detalle técnico ni nada malo , segundo está compra es la mejor que he hecho en años , lenovo hizo lo mejor para cubrir las principales características que uno busca en una laptop 2 en 1 , tiene un procesador 5500u buenísimo de 12 hilos y 6 núcleos, gráficos integrados Radeon TM , pantalla touch de lujo no creía que fuera a ser tan Bueno , tenía una postura pesimista en este aspecto pero he quedado maravillado , porque uno espera que solo la surface , iPad, o asus destaquen sin embargo se maneja muy pero muy bien , el lápiz es súper preciso puedo hacer apuntes perfectamente y mi letra es muy similar , fácilmente que podido anotar como si fuese una libreta tal cual , el diseño es minimalista con teclado retro iluminado y 2 chapas que hacen muy bien su función de girar la completamente los 360 la laptop , los 16 gbts de ram sobran para mucho mucho más la verdad es que 8 ya no es suficiente 12 es lo ideal para multitarea y 16 es más que sobrado , he podido trabajar con múltiples ventanas haciendo la multitarea que un investigador necesita para ser eficiente , el almacenamiento es poco si , pero se justifica por el precio además de que yo ya sabía que era poco pero como tengo OneDrive no me preocupa el espacio además de que mis documentos los guardo en la pc de escritorio y el sonido de sus bocinas dolby son lo mejor que tenido en laptop suena fantástico la pantalla es ips full HD y se mira fenomenal además de que tiene reconocimiento de huella ahora lo malo , bueno por el precio la verdad es que no puedo pedir más sin embargo puedo comentar lo que falla en esta laptop para tenerlo en cuenta , 1) Es pesada y grande para usarla como tableta 2) las bisagras son de buen diseño pero rozan en lo sencillo por lo que podría esperar que se desgaste rápido el mecanismo 3) el software windows 11 aún le falta pulir muchos aspectos para el uso de tablet pero esperaba menos se maneja bien no como una iPad pero se va acercando y cabe recalcar que windows 11 salió al mercado hace poco así que esperaría mucha mejoras 4) la cámara es el aspecto más malo pero ya se sabe que las laptops son para trabajo 5)para video juegos no la recomiendo son 500gbs de memoria de gpu a duras penas se podría correr grandtheft 5 y fornait ( aclaró que no la compre para ello) , 6) se ensucia muy fácil recomiendo comprar un protector de pantalla y de teclado , y un case para que no se maltrate y 7) el botón de bloqueo está incómodo , he llegado a presionarlo varias veces sin querer al usarlo como tableta y eso ha sido molesto . Para finalizar si estás buscando una laptop 2 en 1 para trabajos de multitarea y practicidad por un precio bajo pero muy bajo esta laptop será perfecta esta laptop se la recomendaría a cualquier persona y los amantes de hardware la disfrutarán y la amarán , existen otras opciones es verdad pero de 18,000 para delante y sin los procesadores actuales , sin la ram necesaria , sin buenos gráficos , sin espacio etc etc pero si cubren lo necesario como la lenovo flex 5 se te sale un ojo de la cara con las mismas características una sirga e te viene valiendo más de 30,000 y sin lápiz ni teclado.Actualización: A los 3 meses el botón de encendido se trababa y se quedaba presionado tuve que abrirla y ajustarla para que dejara de hacer eso , a los 9 meses la vendí porque necesitaba una laptop ma a potente (gamer) para el 90 % de actividades esta laptop puede tiene un procesador buenísimo pero quise que también tuviera gráfica así que la vendí , en ese tiempo la formatee y la persona que se la vende en un actualización de BIOS la apago y se murió el programa del chip , afortunadamente lenovo me la arreglo tardo pero lo hizo cambio totalmente la tarjeta madre , ya que esté productor cuenta con 1 año de garantía y como es producto exportado EUA lo que hice fue nacionalizar mi laptop por (300 pesos ) y la garantía ya pasó a ser cubierta también en mi país eso me dejo con una grata experiencia de lenovo , como mencioné es una excelente laptop solo tengan cuidado con la bios dejen que se actualice y no la apaguen sobre el botón es un problema de diseño pero al doblase mucho entre tablet y teclado se llega a mover y hay que ajustarlo con mucho cuidado y paciencia.

I have only had this laptop for about a month. Overall, I really like it so far and have had no trouble transitioning from Windows 10 to Windows 11, although I don't give this machine a lot of tasks; it's my travel computer and my bedside companion.I did have a concern about the battery charging, though, and I want to alert people to the issue. If you don't want to read this review any further, just please remember to keep the Lenovo Vantage software on your computer in case you need it.First, the laptop ships with a charger that is a small brick with a cable that has a three-prong wall plug and another cable that connects to the USB-C port on the laptop. I used the charger and the battery charged up to 100% with no problems. I had my battery set to "Battery Saver" in the Windows 11 system settings.The laptop does have the older type of round charging port, but you have to buy a separate charger to use it. So that's what I did; I went to the Lenovo site and bought that charger---which by the way, is not too lightweight itself, but at least it's more manageable for use on trains and such, and it has the two-prong wall plug.So last night, I decided I had better make sure the additional (travel) charger worked okay. I noticed, though, that my battery was only charging up to 60% of capacity. The charger was powering the machine, but the battery wasn't filling up. I thought maybe the charger was defective. At that point I switched to the charger that came with the laptop, but with that charger, also, the battery wasn't charging beyond 60%! Oh, no! At that point, I thought my laptop must be a lemon. I downloaded an additional software from the Lenovo site, Lenovo Diagnostic Tool, and ran a test on the battery. The battery test failed!I remembered that another Amazon customer who had reviewed this laptop had complained that he couldn't charge his battery beyond 60%. A Lenovo representative responded something about a setting that prevented full loading of the battery to extend battery life if the laptop is kept plugged in. I looked for that setting in the Windows battery settings, and changed my Power Mode setting to Best Performance, but that didn't help. I could find nowhere in the Windows Settings to get the battery to charge more fully.Eventually, I looked in the Lenovo Vantage software, under More Settings, and found that my machine had been set (not be me, I swear) to Conservation Mode. This setting is only in the Lenovo Vantage software, and is NOT the same as Battery Saver in the Windows settings. Once I changed my laptop from Conservation Mode to Rapid Charger in Lenovo Vantage, my battery started charging again.The purpose of Conservation Mode is to conserve the life of the battery if the laptop is continually kept plugged in. Because that's how I use the laptop, I will continue to use Conservation Mode, but will try to remember to switch to Rapid Charge mode if I want to take the laptop to another location without taking along a charger.I suspected that the travel charger I purchased separately had somehow triggered the computer to convert from Conservation Mode to Rapid Charge, but that is not the case. If the computer is in Rapid Charge mode, either charger will charge the battery to 100%. If the battery has a charge of less than 60%, and the computer is in Conservation Mode, either charger will charge it to 60%. If the battery has a charge of between 60% and 100%, the computer is then put into Conservation Mode and plugged into either charger, the computer will be powered by the charger but the battery will not be further charged.I hope this review is helpful.

I have had this a week. So far the laptop is good. Setup took a while between all the configuration settings I wanted and to download all the Windows updates. The one thing that bugs the you-know-what out of me is the pen. The instructions to set it up were worthless because it seems Lenovo has umpteen different versions of it, and of course the one packed with my Lenovo Flex 5 Ryzen 5000 was not listed. US1213 is stamped on the pen, but I can't find anything on that. What is it? A model number? A serial number? So I have no freakin clue how to use it. It would be nice to know, but it's not a deal breaker. Other then that, I'm satisfied at this point.The keyboard is responsive and easy to use. The feel is solid as a chicklet keyboard. The touch screen functions as expected. The boot-up speed is fast. Fingerprint reader was super fast and easy to set up. My laptop shipped with a USB-C power connector, which was good. The built in privacy shutter is nice. The speakers have been maligned in previous comments, but for the money what can one realistically expect? This is a really good buy! You want better speakers? Lay out more money. Others have denigrated the laptop's plastic case, but again, for the money you get a darn good, solid case. People have said that it bends if you pick it up by the corners or lift the lid by the corners. Well, you're not supposed to do that anyway! If you treat it the way a manufacturer recommends, then follow the recommendations. Don't complain when you don't do what is recommended! For the record I did try to do those things and got NO bending at all. But then I only did it a few times to see if the comments were correct.

This is my 3rd Lenovo laptop and it does not disappoint! I’ve had it for about 2 months now and I am honestly very happy with my purchase. I am an engineer and a bit picky with my tech and considering the price, I don’t think you can find a better performing laptop for the price.The Ryzen 5 5500U processor is blazing fast and the 16GB RAM is sufficient to handle multiple programs simultaneously without a problem. My model only has a 256GB SSD (this model was on a special for $599), but if you are using the cloud it is more than sufficient storage. I even run an Ubuntu dual boot with 60 GB allocated and the remaining storage on the Windows side is still plenty.The touch screen and the stylus pen are significantly better than I expected. I’ve never had a touch screen laptop but I’m impressed with the responsiveness and the quality of the touch and draw features. I don’t use them very often though since I’m mostly writing software.I do a lot of typing and I really like the keyboard (though I am not one of the picky software types with mechanical keyboards complaining about key travel distance and such).I was aware of the low brightness screen (you won’t be able to work outside), the lack of display-over-USB-C capability (I just use the HDMI port) and the USB-C charger which eliminates the use of the USB-C port for other peripherals (I just use a small USB-C dock with extra ports), but I decided that for the price of the laptop, these are worth living with.One thing that bothers me a little bit though is location of the power button. It is on the side of the laptop (on the right side), and I’ve pressed it accidentally a few times while adjusting the position of my laptop, which puts the laptop to sleep. Thanks to the SSD I can get it running again within a few seconds, but it is slightly annoying.Overall I can highly recommend this laptop for someone that wants great performance at a low cost (but willing to live without certain nice-to-haves).

Es una lap muy práctica, la quería para estudiar y llevarla a todos lados, por lo que una grande se me hacia más complicada de cargar, es ligera y se siente muy bien construida. La pantalla se ve muy bien, y el pad es muy como de usar, igual que el teclado, aunque yo ya estoy acostumbrado a los teclados sin ñ, por que precisamente esta lap no la trae.Es muy rápida al encender, eso no tiene objeción, ya configurada y todo enciende como en como en 5 seg o menos y ya estás en la pantalla de inicio. Su procesador y la gráfica son excelentes, yo no la uso para jugar, pero podrías hacerlo sin problema, jugando con las configuraciones gráficas del juego que quieres correr u sin problema lo mueve.Toma en cuenta que no es aluminio, es plástico de calidad, se siente muy bien y sólido, no hay quejas. En general super bien por el precio. Otros modelos de características similares superan los 18000 pesos mexicanos y no son tan versátiles como está Lenovo.

Me ha gustado bastante esta pc, llevo poco con ella pero se siente de buena calidad. Ofrece bastante para su precio; la pantalla es adecuada, el Ryzen 5500u sirve incluso para jugar a fortnite (modo rendimiento a mas de 60 fps)Obviamente se calienta cuando se somete a altas cargas de trabajo como el gaming, ademas de que las entradas y salidas de aire no son muy optimas.De cualquier modo, recomendaría un teclado externo y mouse para una mejor experiencia al jugar, y audífonos en el modo tableta a que las bocinas quedan del lado opuesto a la pantalla al hacer flip.El hecho de que incluya el lápiz es un plus, aunque creo que podría ser mejor, tiene un accesorio para anclarlo a una entrada usb, pero es un poco estorbo, así que hay que tener cuidado de no perder ese lápiz.Una cosa que no me ha gustado es la disposición del botón de encendido/apagado. Está en el lateral derecho y en ocaciónes lo presiono sin querer al momento de moverla o voltearla a modo tableta; no es nada grave pero estaría mejor integrado junto al teclado, o incluso en el sensor de huella.Otro punto negativo no es realmente del hardware, sino del Windows 11 que viene preinstalado, y es que tiene aun varios bugs gráficos y demás. Imagino que se corregirán con el tiempo.Tambien podrías tener en consideracion la calidad de los materiales, se mira bien pero el plastico se siente un poquito fragil y se raya realativamente facil.Por ultimo, el especio según que necesites descargar puede ser insuficiente, afortunadamente puede cambiarse por un ssd m.2 de mayor capacidad, pero es algo a considerar.En general estoy contento con ella, me parece una buena compra incluso con el impuesto de importación.Iré actualizando según se necesite.

This is more of a 4.5 Star review rather than 5 complete stars.Bought this laptop for my wife. She previously owned old MacBook Air 11'' and wanted something with slightly bigger screen. When we compared, because of Lenovo's thin bezels, sizes of these machines are almost same, Lenovo is slightly bigger but as the bezels are thin, laptop feels very compact.Lenovo Flex 5 has a great design. Material feels premium, keyboard, touchpad, speakers are good (not great). Comes with Windows 11. Microsoft office is pre-installed but not activated so you have to pay for it. I didn't see it in the pictures but the screen fully rotates and you can use it as a pad.The things I didn't like:Webcam - its 2022 and 80$ phones have decent cameras, It's a pity laptop producers don't put better web cameras in their PC's.Second is the screen. Resolution is good, but the brightness is a bit low. Also colors feel a bit inaccurate a bit yellowish and washed out.
