I sadly bought this awful device in August of 2024. It has a ton of problems, sometimes making even simple tasks impossible. It is now February of 2025, only 7 months later, and I am finally giving up even trying to use this nightmare Chromebook, and have ordered a ASUS Chromebook Plus to replace it. I've been using Chromebooks almost exclusively for at least 12 years, and have never experienced a device as disfunctional as this one. Purchasing this Lenovo Chromebook was a TERRIBLE decision, and I will never get back all the time I lost waiting for this device to respond properly, and complete even very simple tasks in a timely manner. Trying to accomplish work and personal tasks with this Lenovo computer was like being constantly punished by the computer overlords. I can't wait to rejoin the modern computerized world when I get my new ASUS Chromebook Plus.
