These cards provide a fun way to get some exercise while still learning something. The poses are fun to do and the pictures look great. Good price for the cards. These cards can help keep your kids entertained while still getting them to do some exercise or be active.

This set is so cute. The tin is huge compared to the contents so you can definitely add other things in if you'd like to. My child likes to keep a theraband resistance band and a massage ball in hers along with her yoga cards and sun. The cards are cute and make getting into the right position fairly easy for her. We've been using these in our homeschool routine as part of a self-care/wellness time along with some growth-mindset curriculum and it's been a very soothing way to start every day. I highly recommend it for all kids.

These are nice cards, and it came with a cute squishy sun stress ball type thing. This is an easy whole group activity, but the cards are also easily-read for independent practice by 4 year olds. The kids like "teaching" each other to do the different poses. Love that it connects to our alphabet, and we can practice making the letter sounds as we hold the poses.

I really wanted to like these a lot more than I do. I like the concept and how it promotes movement while learning. My 4 year old daughter liked them, but didn't love them. She actually was more fixated on the sun. So that is a very nice touch and addition to the cards. I think younger kids (2-3) will benefit more from these.
