I was a little Leary about trying an off brand of ink cartridges, but with how expensive they are, I thought I would give them a go! I was not disappointed with them at all, they are long lasting, easy to install, and the color is spot on, not to mention a large difference in price!

I genuinely cannot tell the difference in ink quality between these cartridges and Brother's cartridges. The only real difference is in the installation process. While Brother's has a push down lever these do not. However, they've been working perfectly fine for me and I have no complaints. Overall very solid ink alternative if you have a Brother MFC-J1010DW.

Last year I bought a new printer. After previous experience with a Brother printer I decided this brand had the quality and best option for printer cartridges. So when it was time to replace the ink I set out to find a good replacement that wouldn't break the bank and give me the same quality printing I got with the OEM's. I was excited to see that there was a box set of the XL ink cartridges in all colors. This box set even offered 2 black in XL so I jumped on grabbing it based on the price!When they arrived I was just about out of black in and decided to go ahead and replace it. (I print in black the most so it was nice to have a backup when I get the dreaded low ink notice!) There cartridges I recieved do look a little different than the OEM. on the top there is no push to pop in/out feature and chip read area are more exposed on the replacement. The tube on the OEM is shorter and wider then the replacement, but it still seated nicely in the printer. I printed a reciepe out that I was going to cook for dinner later that evening and the quality of the printing was just as good as my original cartridge!Overall this is a fantastic set to save me money and get equal quality printing! I plan to purchase more as needed in the future!
