Have been wearing this slippers for over 20 years. There are always changes between versions. On this latest version , they have added a layer of memory foam, so they are now more cushy compared to the pair purchased 2 years ago.

These run small by about a size. They are great if you have wide feet, I ordered a 13eee and i normally wear 12eee in regular shoes. they fit like a glove. The leather is soft and supple and my feet felt good right away. The cushioning is just right, not overdone. I love wearing these around the house, I would wear them all the time but the soles are soft leather and would quickly detereorate with outside use. Although these are made in china, they are very well put together and the material is top class leather all around. I must admit I feel special wearing these, they are worth far more than what i paid. I've read many other reviews and I would suggest if you don't like them send them back, but by all means give them a try. They are truely a life changer, and I would recommend them to anyone who values quality, comfort, and classic style. There is a reasons the aristocratic class adopted this fashion, and thank goodness its available for us through Amazon.

Purchased these scuffs for a loved one who, I know, will be delighted when he sees them. A 14N is not the easiest size to find. The exquisite leather is soft and supple, and the insoles are comfortably cushioned-- very well-made. If these beautiful scuffs weren't 9 sizes to big for me, I'd keep them for myself. :)

Too short and wouldn't stay on husbands feet. Made well. Looked good. But slippery in side as well as sole. Kept them for dogs to play with.
