Venia con un raspón muy notable en una de las partes laterales del güiro, es pequeño, así que al rasparlo hay que tener mucho control en la mano. Lo he visto muy barato últimamente y me disgusta porque yo lo compré muy caro.

This shaker is great. It has a nice loud and bright sound as a shaker. I have also been able to use the two different scrapers when I play.

Es un muy buen producto si eres un multi-percusionista, pero no esperes reemplazar el sonido de un güiro o güira original.

Die Verarbeitung ist einfach super. Wir sind in zwei Blasorchester und dieses Teil kam schon öfter in Benutzung.Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

I needed a guiro which was also a shaker and this instrument does exactly what I wanted. It is a good guiro with 2 types of scraper, but it is also an excellent shaker with great feel and volume.

The Scrooge in me says it is a lot of money for a few beads in a tin box. However, it is musically very useful. As with any shaker, you can shake it end to end or side to side for different effects. The shaker sound is not particularly bright or metallic. It is coarsely corrugated on one side and more finely corrugated on the other. A metal beater and a metal brush are provided. Both can be used to 'brush' along the corrugations and this produces four very distinct percussion effects. Alternatively, both can be used to tap the box for two further sonic effects. All the components are well made and up to gigging use.A true percussionist would never run out of percussive variations.It does not produce the metallic ring of a true tin washboard, but is of much more general value across a wide range of musical genres.
