These came well packaged and none of them came chipped or broken. I love the color. It says purple but it is a very light almost pink color of glass. The cut glass design really accentuates the candle light. It is worth noting that the light is not bright through these, you will not really use these for light but more for ambience.We are going to use these at a reception where you have masses of candles and flowers. (Fake candles). I think these are going to look so pretty on the blue table clothes along with the flowers and cheese cloth I have picked up for decoration.These are sold as candle holders but I think they would be lovely as vases as well.The cut glass is lovely and I really like the ombre look.
