Just some math, mostly for the manufacturer of this product: 3/8 in = 9.525 mm. So the drill bit that has a 9.53 mm (given the tolerance) will not fit a 9.37 mm collet. Just FYI. Returned. What do we need to do to drive this kind of manufacturer out of North American market?

I spent about 2 hours hollowing out the collet with 220 grit sandpaper because only 1 of my bits seemed to fit into it at first. Slowly but surely I got all of them to slide in. Weird because you wouldn't think 3/8 shank would be so many different sizes. If your bits are not all perfect and the shanks the exact same diameter and I mean to the thousandths of a quarter inch, you might have trouble. If one bit is .0000001 too big it won't fit.. All in all it works now and I am happy with it. I feel like it's hard to come by these things so I am glad I got it to work.I had Irwin bits and i'm not sure if that had anything to do with me having trouble but if someone from this company is reading this, all you have to do is make the collet just a little bit bigger so the bits don't have such a hard time going in.
