Mine have held up very well and I've wailed on them pretty hard. No cracks or anything. They have an awesome sound I feel I can do so much more with versus a regular jaw harp.

I bought this after playing with a jaw harp for awhile. This was a great buy. Very easy to play and inexpensive. The case that it comes with also is a great bonus to help pack it around in. I would recommend this to my friends.

I'd never heard of a "Dan Moi" before, but found out about it while looking for a better jaw harp than the crummy "Snoopy" brand you can get a local music stores (sorry they put your name on such a bad product, Snoopy!!). This is the greatest sounding and easiest to play jaw harp I've ever tried. I also bought one of the Austrian variety sold on Amazon, and they're good, but the Dan Moi is another thing altogether. If I had to make one minor complaint, it would be that the pitch of ours is D-flat, which makes it difficult to use with other instruments. But hey, they never promised anything pitch-wise and I'm thinking it may be possible to tune it by adding a little tape on the reed. If you like the "sproingy" sound of the jaw harp, get one of these and start annoying your family, friends and even pets!
