Perfect for lifting. It’sa durable wrap that tears easy. Fantastic for working out. I use them to support my wrist in Olympic lifts such as clean and jerk. I love these wraps and recommend them 100%

Worked exactly as advertised. Sticky enough to complete a full event (I use it for Highland Games competitions) and protects my skin well! Pretty standard thickness for this type of tape and big enough roll to last for a good bit, even through practices.

I bought this product based on other reviews. I hurt my ankle playing soccer, but the season doesn’t end with a little bit of pain. My husband used this, with a thin fabric liner below to wrap my ankle for each game. It gives me the support I need with just the little bit of stretch/give. I didn’t realize how much that mattered until I was almost out and had to grab a roll from the store to supplement. Needless to say, I won’t play another game without THIS tape. It is the best brand and material for my needs. The other stuff left no room for movement at all. I need a little give for running and kicking the ball. This product is the best quality and quantity for the price. The three provided rolls last quite a few games. I won’t use anything else from here on out.

We have collies and I guess I may be spoiled from always taking the Japanese tape and then moving to this when I ran out. This has very little stickiness and will take together until the dog shakes their head and then all your work will fall apart. Do not buy.
