This is a very nice cordless lamp! The modern design is simple and sleek, and the small lampshade provides ample light but is unobtrusive in the room. It's very easy to operate this lamp, you only need to touch the top of the light, so you don't have to search for the switch. Tap to cycle through the three color temperatures and turn on or off, long press to gradually increase or decrease brightness. Easy to charge with the included USB-C cord, and the charge lasts for a long time. It has a rubberized, non-slip bottom, which also protects your furniture from scratches. It would make a nice gift for an older person or anyone who prefers a simple-to-use lamp. Brilliant!

I got this for use as an outdoor dining table light. The box that it comes in looks attractive and is suitable for gifting. The lamp comes well-protected by an expanded polypropylene foam clamshell with cutouts for the lamp. It appears to be well made, with a matte black finish. It uses a Type-C USB port for charging. Neither a charger nor a charging cord is included. The lamp comes with instructions for charging but they do not include instructions for how to turn the lamp on and off, or to set the color temperature and dimming level. The ad copy does have one pictogram suggesting that you can do this by touching the tip of the lamp shade. However, this did not work. I found that I had to simultaneously touch the lamp shade with my thumb and the shaft with another finger of the same hand for varying lengths of time to control color temperature, dimming, and on/off.

These are great. I have this black one and a another brown one from a different company... just because. When your power goes out as much as ours does, ya need all the battery powered lights ya can muster! They look very similar but work quite differently! I use it as a night light to make it to the bathroom without stepping on the dog and it can be made dim enough to not disturb the wiffe too. Happy wiffe, happy liffe… Heh.This one has NO controls on it! You tap the light cap on top once and yellow light leaps forth. Tap it again and it changes to bluish light. Tap it a third time and both yellow & blue light brightly together. I only really like the bluish light but you have to cycle through all three whenever you turn it on or off, but you get used to it. Then, with a light on, you hold your hand on the top cap and it goes bright or dim. It does hold the brightness level you set it at but it holds it for all three lights. You cannot have different brightnesses for each kind of light. No biggie. That’s fine. Its tall thinness makes it feel like I’m holding a high-tech candle stick from the 18th century too. Feels cool. Retro-Jetsons… Heh. I really like this little lite and you can’t beat the longevity of the batteries! Highly recommend.

Thanks to the development of lithium batteries and LED lighting, elegant, cordless lamps like this one have become a reality.Just charge up the battery and you can have up to two days of non-stop light from this small beauty* (At lower brightness, you get 48+ hours of light. On the brightest setting, it'll burn for 10 hours.) Tap the top and it turns on with a warm light. Tap it again and you get a whiter light. Tap it a third time and you get daylight light. One more tap and it turns off.That's all there is to it. You can put it just about anywhere, because it's very tiny (especially at the top) and the bigger base makes it hard to tip over.Anywhere you need a little accent light, this one would be a bonus.
