This is our third warmer from this company. It is small and does not fit larger candles as advertised. The other 2 worked perfectly for large candles, not sure what changed but had to return 2 recent purchases due incorrect size.Update: sent replacement warmer back on March 17 and still haven't received a refund. The money is not the issue, its the fact that you spend a huge amount of money with Amazon and send back 2 candle warmers that were not as advertised and then they make you wait the 30 days for credit. It is not the consumers fault that the product is not as advertised. BTW, ordered from a different company (thru Amazon) and the candle warmer worked perfectly.

Works perfectly. Love the timer, and the fact that it is height- and heat- adjustable.

*Update* After going thru a bad batch of bulbs...it's back in action. My rating is now a 5.At first I absolutely loved this product. Bought in Dec 2024, it is now April 2025 and it stopped working!Outlet checked, bulb checked no answers.Its cute until it's not!!!

This candle warmer works great. The timer feature is great for not having to worry about shutting the warmer off.

I like the idea of a warmer for my home office as opposed to always burning a candle. Picked this one for the timer function and adjustable height to accommodate multiple size candles. Have only had the opportunity to use it twice but works as described. Melted the wax and produced enough scent that it was noticeable in other areas despite the semi isolated location of my home office. Timer works and height adjustments are easy with the included tool. Comes with an extra bulb. Well packed against damage in shipping. Rating 4 stars due to unknown reliability, but so far, so good
