I really like these shoes, they're comfy and they look really slick. They also include the SPD cleats needed for the bikes at the gym which most other expensive brands don't include them with the shoe. The one thing for me is the walkability, good for inside the gym with the flooring, but the walk through the parking lot it sounds like I have ice cleats on. Although there's not much more that can be done other than add like .5" more sole to the shoe which would make them look more like wedges. All in all, great for the price.

The shoe is beautiful and appears very comfortable, especially for indoor use, however the collar is not flexible and its opening is fixed which does not allow my foot to enter the shoe. I've returned not being able to put the shoe on.

There were no cleats included in the package even though it clearly states they are included.

I found that the SPD cleats / clips quickly became loose after minimal use. Upon removal I can see that the area where the clips are placed is not solid and is slightly damaged. This should not happen after minimal use.
