I’m very happy with this vest, it’s lightweight and comfortable. It provides an amazing protection on the core to the wind and is well made. There were no defects and the zipper functions well. Fit is perfect using the sizing chart, it is styled to fit just slightly snugly and has a mild taper towards the waist.It provides warm and is great for fall or under a winter jacket when more protection is needed. Glad to have it.

Really nice softshell vest with squared stitch fleece lining. Fits perfectly...I took a chance to order the small although there were no sizing specs listed. I'm 5'3" and weigh 116 lbs. Some things I wear small, others I wear medium. I probably would've ordered and fit into a medium if I was 120 or more lbs. As it is, this small will not allow be to layer bulk underneath but can certainly wear a thin long sleeve seasonal shirt and it look great. But, as is, the small is perfect on me. Thank goodness it won't/shouldn't shrink given the mix of material it is made of. Even so, I would not dry this in a dryer unless it was on a cool setting. The color (green for me) is a nice dark green, the exterior texture feel is so smooth and the fitting design makes it look attractive and would look terrific with jeans, leggings, hiking shorts, etc. Any layering garment would only add to the dressiness. The zippered pockets and length zipper are high quality. The collar extends up covering the neck with the zipper fulfilling the length and the zipper pull can be hidden under the slight tab at the top. Keeps any chill draft off your neck. The reflective taps will come in handy as darkness falls though ever so slightly....they're not big nor overdone reflective tabs. The stitching is super well done and with the lightly water proof shell along with the fleece lining your core will sure to stay warm on chilly/windy days/nights. This outwear will look great with the zipper slightly down and a layered mock turtleneck underneath or just about any under layer without a collar and zipped all the way up. It looks really classy right out of the packaging. I will be donning this on Thanksgiving for sure since the outside temps will be in the low 50's here. A tad pricey but the quality makes up for it. I personally would buy again and this would make a great gift.

I am normally a medium in shirts but sometimes a large in coats or vests because of my hips. The measurements indicated on the sizing chart are pretty spot on so refer to them rather than going with your usual size. I ordered a large and it is snug in the hips but can be zipped closed over my jeans and a shirt. Likewise, the rest of the vest is a good fit even though I sized up compared to my other vests. The two side pockets are a good size, with plenty of room for my hands or cell phone. The zippers on the pockets and front work easily with nice pulls that feel secure (I've had those come off on other jackets or vests). The collar is high to keep your neck warm, which is nice. It's a pretty lightweight vest, with some fleece lining inside so it keeps you warm on a chilly day without adding much bulk. I can easily layer it under my jacket, which I did today because I wanted the vest on while at work but was too cold driving to work. The black color and more tailored fit together make this a very versatile piece. My only wish is that it was a little more curvy for those of us with wide hips.
