This product has a very simple design. It works well.Just make sure the diameter of your axle is size to the correct diameter of the unit you order. There are several sizes.I bolted mine to the bed in my pick up truck.It takes me 20 seconds to pop the front wheel off And another 20 seconds to put the axle through the forks. The Bike is secure.The only challenge is there’s no lock. So unless you have some sort of other device, your bike will not be locked, but it will be reliable transported.

This hitch mount bike carrier is perfect for my RAV4 hatchback. Especially since it can tilt while loaded which allows me to still open the hatch.

I have had several bike racks over the years. My number one complaint is access to my lift gate and the second complaint is damage to the top tube as it dangles helplessly under the mount bars. With this rack, all those woes go away. I really love that it tilts down (with the bike attached) so that I can access my SUV's lift gate. The fact that the bike tires are the only contact points on my bike saves me the stress of wondering if the carbon fiber will hold up to long distance travel. Great job Kuat!
