Al principio me sentía intimidado porque creía que sería un proceso complicado, pero esta cafetera me sorprendió. Dentro de la caja viene todo: el vaporizador de leche, la cuchara prensadora, los filtros de café y el manual súper claro. Después de 2 o 3 usos, ya le había agarrado el ritmo. El molinillo de café integrado permite ajustar la molienda a distintas intensidades, lo cual es ideal para diferentes tipos de espresso. Además, junto con el vaporizador he podido preparar bebidas variadas como capuccinos, lattes y macchiatos. Su temperatura constante y la facilidad de espumar la leche hacen un café de gran calidad en casa, como si fuera hecho por un profesional. Estoy en el proceso de aprendizaje pero me siento muy confiado en mejorar muy rápido con esta Maquina

I say I'm not a coffee snob but I am coffee particular. I like mild acidity coffee with milk and creamer. I also enjoy flavored coffees. Blueberry cobbler (I know, not the usual flavor you'd think of but it's SO good) is my fav. I had switched from a coffee pot to an espresso machine in the 120 dollar range. The machine had buggy electric, was tough to use, and I didn't notice anything special about the flavor. Enter into the scene this espresso maker. I was dubious, because it's spendy and thinking way beyond my needs and capabilities. I decided since my machine was frizting out, why not give this one a try?The only con I experienced so far is the instruction manual. Mine was all pictures, little wording, and I def need some wording for my addled brain to figure things out. I did manage to get everything assembled. I actually learned more about using this espresso maker from a reviewer who posted some hints here. I followed that person's advice and made some adjustments and WOW now I get why people love these fancy gadgets and here's why:I finish my coffee to the last drop because it's so so so tasty. I didn't realize how flavorful my flavored coffees actually were. That blueberry cobbler I mentioned? It's like biting into the desert. I don't need as much creamer or sugar. I also use waaaay less coffee beans and grounds with this machine to get bold flavor AND that caffeine punch I so need in the mornings.Using the machine is actually simple. I add the beans, select fine ground, get just what I need for that morning's cup. Then I select espresso, 8 second infusion, and the highest heat setting. That gets me the boldest flavor. I have also tried the milk steamer and it's easy to use, easy to clean. Just be sure to do a little steam rinse before and after to be sure it's clean and ready to go.There are more parts to keep track of and clean when you get to this price point. You also have to take your time each morning to be sure you are getting the most from your efforts. Clean up is a daily thing but just make it a part of your routine and that keeps everything looking and performing at its peak.This is an investment for sure for us regular income folks, but well well well worth it because you will get coffee shop quality flavor. You will also have fun trying the different settings, different beans, different flavors, getting creative.Definitely worth it for those who really enjoy coffee, don't mind making fancier drinks at home, and want to save money long term. It's the up front investment but it pays off in the long run. Plus, you control everything and get exactly what you want each morning. So glad I ordered this machine. Very very pleased once I figured out how to use it. Thank you to the reviewer who posted hints. You helped way more than the instruction manual. This machine is the first serious espresso machine I've ever tried out and I can say I have no regrets.It comes very well packaged and it came out looking absolutely beautiful on my countertop. All of the components feel sturdy and high quality. The design is very well thought out with the storage of the filters and the shelf on the top that is nicely warmed as well.With the instructions, and one short trip to YouTube, I was able to make my very first cafe latte that the wife gave me mad kudus for. You will need to have some understanding of different drinks to make full use of this machine but it is fairly easy to find those recipes online and then able to replicate them to a pretty good standard.I currently don't use it every day, but it has become a huge part of our weekends. Its the one time we are all together and we make breakfast and try our hand at making nice, high quality coffee.
