Makes a good cup of coffee but after a few months it stopped pulling up the water and had to be started over. I did all the trouble shooting sent with coffee maker so I called the number for help and they wanted to charge me money for advice.Will never rebuy this brand

Love the size, makes good coffee with little mess. If you want to use a paper filter, it is difficult. The biggest drawback is that replacement parts, such as the tiny carafe, are not available anywhere.

Bought it as a gift for my dad and he loves it. He likes to make his coffee and drink on his way to work so this is perfect because he can just brew the coffee straight on the travel mug. It's also very compact so it doeesn't take as much space as other coffee makers.

It’s a nice little coffee maker if you are living in a small space and need a compact machine however, there is no hot plate and the coffee gets cold in the glass carafe immediately so you’re brewing to drink it right away every time, otherwise you’ll need to brew directly into the insulated tumbler to keep your coffee warm longer.
