I have owned this pan for awhile now . I wanted to make sure I had used it a lot before I wrote a review. I really like the weight of this pan . The pan seems to be made well and I feel it will hold up for a long time . My bread always comes out great from this pan . I like the color as well. The pan does great in the dishwasher and always comes out clean . I think the think wall design of this pan helps to give my bread a nice even brown all over . I would buy this pan again .

You can tell it's well made by the weight of it. It's hefty. Perfect size for bread loafs. No more rusted tins.

Perfect size..my husband makes our bread, has for a very long time, and uses only these..they are pretty easy to clean, dishwasher safe and pretty!!

I love, Love, LOVE this pan! It is exactly what I wanted. It is larger than any other ceramic I found, a true 9X5X3.5 inches. So the bread comes out to a nice size for a slice of bread for sandwiches. I love that it has straight top edges rather than fluted. To me, fluted edges on yeast bread just look sloppy. I love that the bottom is glazed except for maybe a 1/4 inch rim around the bottom edges that it rests on. I love that I can place it in a 500°F oven. I love that it bakes so perfectly evenly. I always grease my pans lightly with butter before adding my dough. I love that it cleans effortlessly, once cool just squirt in a dab of liquid dish soap, fill with warm water and do something else for a few minutes. Then swish with a rag, rinse and dry. I wish they company made the same pan but longer and I know I would use both of them. I purchased the red one, and may add the yellow one to my collection soon.Update: I did order the yellow pan because I loved the red one so much. Unfortunately the yellow bows out on the sides so instead of a nice tall loaf, this one is rather squattier (my new word). I wanted the two pans to be the same, but when I bake two loaves at the same time, there is a noticeable difference, so I am disappointed. I know ceramic cookware is an imperfect product, but this was more imperfect than I expected or wanted.Note: I did exchange the yellow loaf pan for another loaf pan and it is much improved! Very pleased with the service.Sept 12, 2021 I added photos. The first shows a loaf of bread in my red pan, straight out of the oven. The second photo shows a second bread loaf just out of the oven in my yellow pan. The third photo shows both loaves removed from the pans to cool and one loaf was brushed with butter to add flavor and make it softer and shiny. I really love the pans and usually use both at least twice a week.
