My husband checked several Kohler valves before confirming this was the correct model. The new/returned valve I ordered was delivered in a large brown envelope, inside a lightweight box that was not the "original packaging" as described. The box hadn't been taped shut & was somewhat crushed. We didn't open the instructions or parts bag, but my husband realized the connections are for PEX, not threaded brass fittings. Rather than wait for another part to be delivered, he opted to pick up the right part from a local source.

Had difficulty with the product, has less than 10% of water pressure at shower head, need to hire an experienced plumber to correct the problem today if it could be corrected. Also, the item was delivered to 6901 Belhurst Ave. instead of my address 6891 Belhurst Ave. for the second time for 2 different order. Please advise Amazon employee to look at property address at front porch post or at street curve, if deliver at dusk, carry a flashlight or use a built-in flashlight in cellphone.
