Perfect fit for the Kohler toilet. Just confirm your model number/style of Kohler product and you will be good to go. Pun intended :)

None of the universal brand works. Save yourself time and just buy from the manufacturer. Lesson learned.

Easily installed in less than a minute... both of my toilets now operate perfectly with a very solid flapper seal and absolutely no leaks.This OEM Kohler flapper #83064 works if you have an earlier Kohler Rialto with a square drainage box and metal side lugs. I called Kohler direct to confirm. Apparently some later model Rialto toilets have a different drainage box (plastic and rounded) that requires a different type of Kohler flapper - you cannot always rely on the pictures shown on the back of the package - call Kohler if you are not sure.
