I have contacted the seller because I have received a very cheap product here. The hose is plastic not metal. Was shocked to open the box after purchasing to find this. My project was delayed for months and I mistakenly did not check this product upon first receiving it. I am asking seller for replacement or refund. Will update this review upon their reply.

I was hoping..really hoping I would like this set up. Getting older and creakier, I thought it time to invest in a wand combo shower. You can install this as you would like it , I chose the way in the picture. I LOVE it. All my trepidation was gone at the very first shower. This will serve me well for many years. Not to mention it’s clean design. I can’t say anything negative!

You will read reviews that don't like this product, that it is not Kohler quality because the head is plastic. It is a well made head, well made bar and wall attachment brackets. If this head we're made of metal, it would be to heavy and why so few are metal when used as a hand holdable. Pressure/volume is great with a minor modification.
